I can't believe the Raiders are looking likely to make the top 4. Would be the first time since 2003. I don't feel we have been that good.

Apart from Cronulla/Melbourne/Cowboys nobody has really stood out this season and that frees up 4th spot. Raiders just happen to fill that void

Still, top 4 is a massive success in any given season

We are probably around the 4th to 6th best side imo. Every time we have played a genuine side at full strength they've beaten us but we beat the dogs twice.

I said earlier we are a bit of a pretender this year.

Inclined to agree but it's refreshing to see a side like Canberra there or thereabouts. A bit of luck in the finals could see you go deep into September and you'll be better for it in 2017

Yep 2017 is my big hope.

If we finally get the monkey off our backs and make a preliminary final (only team not to do so in the nrl era) i would be over the moon just at that

Fair assessment. 2 tough games coming up & a couple of testing games away to finish the year.

If I would like any team to break our streak, it would be the Raiders, to help them secure 4th (or Titans to help them into the 8).

Both teams / supporters deserve it!

Next Saturday against the Raiders is just about the match of the round & it's in the least popular timeslot.

Stupid Channel 9!

because of the F/A difference last nights draw doesn't really damped the chances of the panthers/tits/warriors knocking brisbane out of the 8.

This week will tell us a lot about the Raiders and to a lesser extent, the Sharkies. The Raiders have it all to play for against a bruised Sharks side on a five day turn around and we are pretty much full strength besides Edrick Lee, who looks to be out with a calf strain.

No excuses if the Raiders want to be taken seriously and maintain third spot on the ladder.

I think top spot is ours now. We will get them in the last round at AAMI I feel - although we have a slightly tougher run home with Canberra and Manly away 6 days apart

Can't see Sharks winning the MP, way to much pressure and Storm have just as easy if not better run home.

Credit to the Tigers, most thought they were wooden spoon candidates but they are a big chance of top 8.

Well done to them.
