Yeah well, I wouldn't wear one either, but our opinion means little judging by the sales of the Pink gear.


I can see that I'm one of the few here that believe our marketing dept know what they're doing. I think it's a little over used in the regular season, but this nines thing is a fast paced event with a different international audience. Teams might just pick up a few new fans if they can grab the viewer's attention.

After all, this guy has been a household name since 1963.

God I'm sick of ISC... Always looks so cheap and tacky. Wish a few more teams would get the likes of an Adidas, Nike or Canterbury to do their jerseys. The CCC Roos and Maroons jerseys are both class, but I'd love to see a club jersey made by Adidas in the style of some the union teams.

You do remember the CCC "let's throw our teardrop on everything, even when it looks silly" phase?

I'd say it was more that we didn't have a 9's jersey ready in time so we had to nominate another one - Go team

When Adidas did our jersey I bought one, disappointed with the quality. Much prefer ISC have done (albeit small changes) TBH.

As stated CCC have been more miss than hit.

Nah, I reckon we never intended to have a nines jersey. Last time we used the regular white strip. The Pink fits the theme of bold exciting jerseys used in the nines.

Not strictly true - in 2014, it was our alternate with the Panther at the bottom, and was worn a few times during the season, including in the qualifying final v the Roosters.

This year, it was a strip that had three claw marks with panther eyes peaking through, and a lot more gold.

Id say Adidas and Nike are the 2 worst...

But youre right that CCC is the best. The Warriors by do crazy jerseys, but the execution is second to none.

Apart from the 2011-12 teardrop, CCC have absolutely nailed our main jerseys since they came on board.
