The law states that the tackled player must immediately regain his feet and play the ball. He didn't do that, so it should be a penalty.

Te Maire Martin looks like a first grader. He's gotten way bigger too. He'll be better than Brooks and Moses now that he's filled out. His size was always the unknown factor.

He is Kiwi. Him filling out was always a safe bet.

Personally he has been disappointing for me. Done nothing to push his first grade claims. Wallace will get the #7 unless Moylan gets the #6.
