The Sharks are a good side, but there was always going to be someone who showed their flaws.

The raiders most definitely have them too for that matter, but we have a bit of X factor that would be so hard to game plan for (Leilua, Croker and rapana predominantly). I think good teams showed last year they could shut down Austin, but this year there is so much else to focus on and he's gone from being the focal point of everything we do, to a good player who is free to pick and choose his involvement more.

The thing with the raiders is like you say we have a lot of x factor but its only really josh papalii you can bank on to have a good game every week.

What we need is for sezer and hodgson to join him in the good games 95 percent of the time club and we will be hard to beat.

100%. If we lose and play shit the next 3 weeks, then we have an issue. We had enough ball to score more. Raiders defence was strong and snuffed out the attack that looked slower and more one out than previous weeks.
It will be great to see Leulia, rapana and Hodgson in sharks jersey next year. 600k each should do it
Shaggs it was all there for everyone to see last weeks 90 mins game against the titans really took it out of the team especially the 5 dayu turn around the game was there for taking and Canberra did that.

When was the last time Raiders were this high on the ladder so late in the season? Forgive my memory, but for as long as I can remember they always seemed to be trying to sneak into 8th on the ladder around now.

Good to see the Green Machine winning.

That sounds right. How many weeks since rapana and BJ had their shocker or wighton? Are those guys due?
Ricky appears to have gotten the number of ordinary games significantly reduced.

Haha I'm not the one loitering in panthers threads and desperately hoping they'll fail mate. As I said, probably time to move on.

Where is it where I'm deathriding the Raiders?

Unless you are referring to someone else.

FYI,I tipped the Raiders for the 8 well before this season. They've been building very well, albeit the loss of good players over the past 2-4 years.

Just got home
Sharks looked flogged by the end.
Running out of juice.
Too good raiders
No 6 looked hurt ( name escapes me )
It'd be a shame if serious ...he is great to watch.

I hate Gallen and i hate Flanagan but having just watched the presser, i thought they were fairly classy in defeat.
Good on them

Even when commenting on calls they didnt agree with, and speaking generally about inconsistency, they were quick to say it wasnt the reason they lost and that we out played them etc. Wasnt expecting that tbh

They have done that a lot this year actually. It's a complete change of tune.

Go buy yourself a lottery ticket if you're a Canberra supporter. You had every single bunker call go your way in attack and defence.

Got to play us after 10 minutes of extra time last week and a 5 day turn around.

Mick Ennis pulled out of the game in the morning of the match with a virus.

Hope you're cocky because if we play you in the finals you will come down to earth with a thud.
