Geez this game is important for us. If Bulldogs beat the Titans and we win by 8 or more we will leapfrog into the top 8.

Very unlikely we will stay there by the end of the round, but Dogs beating Titans isn't unlikely.

If the below teams win this week then come Tuesday we will finish 8th on the table:

Apart from Tigers and Knights, all these teams are favourites to beat their respective teams.

Jason Taylor is a genius.

We have lost a few close games. Who could possibly think Marty Taupau would have made up the difference? Only football ignorant people like me I suppose.

Still I shouldn't speak ill of Jason. I mean what a master stroke Ballin has been !

His team selections are brilliant and he improves players skills (old and young) out of sight.

I can somewhat understand letting Taupau go, paricuarly as it allowed us to get Grant.

Ballin seems a total disaster now. I feel for him as he seems like a great guy and total professional, however he was signed on the promise the Robbie was out the door. Really the club shouldnt have signed him until Farah leaving ws confirmed, its not like we were going to lose Ballin to another club. Plus it appears that its now going to cost us Cherrington, who is the best hooker to come out of NYC in years.

Right now we can do with another solid forward so swapping cherry for Elijah Taylor would be a beneficial exchange for us.

Couldn't believe the Bunker over turned that held up try for Canberra with 2 and a half minutes to go in the first half...

I thought to myself " you beauty... This might be the first week where they don't concede a try in the final five minutes of the half"...

On the bright side, I'm sure JT will be in the sheds firing them up for the second half..

We are just terrible at the moment. It's not like we look that bad all game either. We just get run over the top off and then let in easy tries time and time again.

I'd love to see a massive 2nd half comeback but I'm not getting my hopes up.
