Whilst it is explainable doesn't mean it shouldn't be criticised. If the world just shrugs its shoulders every time something sht happens nothing would ever change! There should be outrage and it should shame the nrl into not making the same mistakes in the future.

The explanation is the thing that should be criticised. Harshly and often.

most call crowds regardless of where they are for what they are
& Sydney is throwing up a lot of stinkers plain n simple mainly due to in my opinion Sydneysiders being lazy & unmotivated amongst other factors as well.

If it is to be believed that the media cash is drying up crowds, memberships and merchandise are going to be critical to the future of clubs. Instead of spending $120million on digital something or other maybe the nrl should be spending it on gettting people interested in going to watch nrl games?
