Not all derbies need to be in a big stadium. One thing that is often forgotten which I think is important is how it devalues a teams home ground and tribal atmosphere of that ground.
To me holding the sharks v dragons at shark park is a reward for the fans that show up every week and watch them regardless of opposition. It will also almost certainly provide the best atmosphere of any game each year for the sharks. Fans who get to see that game and have an awesome experience at shark park are more likely to come back.
I understand that for some games moving to ANZ is an option but not all big games. With the new stadium in Parramatta I think even less games will fit that criteria.
I don't see why 3 Sunday games would reduce the TV deal at all let alone by 200 million dollars. The Sunday 6/6.30 slot could directly replace the Friday 6pm game with no impact on crowds whatsoever. 3 games on a Sunday makes sense from a tv and crowd perspective.
All the new stadiums are pretty exciting. The new stadiums in NQLD, parramatta and ANZ will all have a positive impact on crowds. I think the excitement around them opening will get more people through the gate initially who the NRL should try and target to make them regulars attending games.

They should have done atet with the Tv mob, but in return the NRL Kget got about $200m less on the 5 year Tv deal.Who then misses out grassroots, the clubs?
Until such time (and it looks like from 2018)the NRL controls the scheduling within the format,TV will continue to nominate when they telecast and who.
And in the local derby with the Dragons any notion of having that staged at ANZ or SFS,would guarantee a lesser crowd than staged at local venues. That's the reality of Sydney fans ,whilst we have ordinary scheduling and crap road infrastructure. It's not an excuse ,it is the underlying problem, which a 12 year old would appreciate.
