I guess at least we didn't choke like saints or Griffin who choked on ref c**k in the bunker

How didn't you choke? you guys were near locks for the top 4 with a few rounds to go, losses to the likes of the Bulldogs and Wests completely halted any momentum you had

I thought Manly were the better team tonight, and the try to Peachy was a joke. Manly did themselves no favors though Trbojevic knocking the ball dead and the Uate knock on really hurt them.

I did think Dylan Walker was offside in the disallowed try though.

We actually showed a lot of grit which I doubted we could show after the last couple of weeks. I'm not sure if they have what it takes to upset Brisbane but I was fearing a loss tonight... to make Week 2 of the finals after the way the season started shows the team are doing something right, despite all the criticism.

& quite a few of your supporters bag your coach.

Well he's done better than at lest 9 other teams...& counting.

Grit? Lol you're a pack of pretenders who need 81 shit calls to win one game

I hope you re-sign Griffin for 5 years
This team, this same team bar one change, stepped up and in front of millions, showed what we are made of after a week of soul searching.

If this Penrith team goes further than next week, hold some pride to the point that at least your side played against a "good side",instead of showing yourself up like sore loser. It is OK to lose you know.Manly had a great season.Be happy with your lot,and in time, success will come your way.

Poorly disciplined team...how many penalty counts did we actually win.

We were one of the most penalised team this year...thats coaching, the loser should have never been offered the gig...he has no passion, the players see him as a mate not a coach...

To be fair to Poppins, Matai and Stewie are still on the books for this year, at full freight.

We didnt get the "Watmough" dispensation.

I'm one of his detractors but the upside of Griffin is that he gives local juniors their chance and they have plenty of pride for the club and they showed that tonight. We didn't play too well but we showed heart, and happened to get a bit of luck which you need to win finals.
