The issue is the ref needs a "I have no f**king idea option"

They did for 15 years and everyone complained about it. There was certainly no "less" controversy then there is now.

When it was inconclusive it went with Refs Call anyway.

f**k off punk, 82 was a time to be alive.

Manly's team were full of stars but still got arse raped by the mighty Eels.

Arko still has Cold sweats over the brilliance of Kenny and Sterlo arse raping Mongly.
Wind back to the 1976 GF if you want to live in the past.

Neville Glover - MOTM for Manly that day.

A couple of Uate specials cost Manly in the end. You roll the dice with a bloke like that and it can hurt you at the very worst moments.

Ridiculous decision. You'd think they would have cleared that dumbass rule up after the Hodgson try in 2006 origin.

If that happens while peachey is running into a ball in his own half, the refs call it a knock on 100% of the time, and not a single panthers player would have raised a syllable of complaint. They'd have patted peachey on the head and tell him to watch the ball into the hands next time.

You should not be allowed to propell the ball forward and gain advantage, unless it is off your foot. Everything else - hands, arms, chest, head, thighs, whatever - should be a knock on.

Peachey shouldn't be rewarded for being such a f**king spastic that he couldnt get his hands on a ball he was attempting to catch

Agreed re the refs calling it a knock on if it happened anywhere else on the field.

And yet again that is where the main issue is...the complete lack of consistency is what fustrates fans.

Conclusive.

They can produce a (world record) line in the swimming that moves along the pool but stays parallel to the blocks.

Why didn't the 2 million dollar bunker have this installed?

Surely offside is 1 of the most likely things checked...a means of making it more black & white would've been a given!

Perhaps, but that is not what the rules of the game say.

And it's the Bunkers fault that Walker was in front of the kicker and Uate droppped the ball under the post denying Manly two tries. Maybe the bunker could explain to Barret the importance of staying behind the Kicker and actually not dropping the ball over the line.

Or yeah that's right Barret thinks you can drop the ball over the line going back to comments he made after Uate drop ball try against the knights.. Karma's a b*tch.

Typical Barret blame everyone else but your coaching ability..
