To be honest it's hard to tell he touched it but if common sense prevails, he tried to & it should be a knock on.

Because he tried to touch the ball does not mean that he did.If that try wasn't awarded,I would have accepted it as most fair minded people would have.

The Manly players and fans are not mad because of the so-called no try rulings, and the hand of God.They are angry because they were expected to roll us like last week.

They expected to simply turn up and carve us up.

Heard zorba having a massive sook this morning.

Dumb fat f**ker obviously can't count.
Panthers won by 12.

That cat walker was clearly in front of the kicker
It was blatant every time you look at it.
Both feet have to be behind the kicker ...and they were not.
Whereas the peachey try looked like he maybe touched it in one angle, but nowhere near it in two other angles.

You'd think they lost by 1 point instead of 12 the way that slob was banging on.
f**k off. The decision to ignore the knockon and go upstairs with a call of 'try' is what cost Manly the game. Cant wait to see your reaction if Cowboys get a dodgy call to knock you out today.
The better team lost last night due to both very bad luck and extremely poor officiating.

The better team lost last night due to both very bad luck and extraordinary poor officiating.

Today's results don't really bother me, my footy dreams have all come true.
I don't need anymore ... I'm not greedy.

But to say Manly were robbed was bullshit
Even if you take the Peahey try away they still lose.

No way the 2 Manly disallowed try's were wrong decisions.

The peach one could've gone either way.
Read again what my opinion on that was.

No way were Manly the better team. We had the better go forward, while they tried to play sideways far too often without asserting authority up front. We also had the better kicking game and only trailed once in the game anyway.

Bad luck is just a pathetic excuse, because close calls and bounce of the ball are a part of the game. At the end of the day Manly just thought they had to turn up and they'd intimidate and roll us over like they did the week before. The cost of their arrogance was to be knocked out in Week 1.

Karma for the little bitches, especially Walker. No wonder nobody likes the club, extremely poor losers.

I agree with this but the on field ref shouldn't be sending that to the bunker as a Try. It should have been a No Try call from the ref and stayed that way in the bunker.

The ref was well positioned to have a POV to which he sent up.He obviously thought it was a try,but had to make sure. And as it turned out,the correct process was made.

Of course the possibilty of a knock on was there. But after viewing it a number of times, there was no way of overturning the ref's opinion.

They did for 15 years and everyone complained about it. There was certainly no "less" controversy then there is now.

When it was inconclusive it went with Refs Call anyway.

It absolutely doesn't matter what kind of system they adopt or try out.Once a mistake is made, there will always be the other side that has to bear the brunt of a missed call.

But all in all,far more good calls get sorted out during the year than contentious ones.

Well of course Evans is not a clutch player, cannot even pick a name....

Anybody with a hyphenated name is a pussy by default..

I just laugh, Daly marries another hyphenated mofo...

Greg Cherry-Smith-Evans-Jones....

PICK A NAME soft cocks

Dumbest post i have ever read, you must be the single dumbest merkin in the history of creation

The murderer would not have came close to scoring if we didn't get f**ked so hard

So the bombed try which was called no try because it was bounced in the in goal (off a kick in the first half) or the Manly player dropping it with a massive gap in our 20m towards the end didn't lose them the game? Uate knock on into Cartwright try after we got the ball back from a poor Manly set in our end. They could have won the game themselves and didn't.
