2017 Finals Wk2 - Eels v Cowboys (GAME DAY THREAD)

On reflection - I am still way more disappointed with our loss to the Storm than the Cowboys loss.

Just the way we dominated them for most of the game and to concede 2 last tackle tries when just ONE ball and all tackle would have stopped the movements - and then giving away dumb penalties - that it is the tough one for me. We were the better side.

Watching that game on Saturday, I felt like we should not even be here, and I reckon the players felt the same deep down.

Yeah I still can't believe our defense during those two Storm tries. It was like they were too afraid to come up and smash the ball carrier that we just let them keep passing until they found a gap.

But on the other hand, if we had of rushed em and left a gap and they scored it would have sucked dogs balls ... oh wait
