Guess we shouldn't get too worked up about the 9s jerseys, they'll only be worn for maybe an hour or two on the field then pretty much forgotten about. Remember Melbourne and WT's sleeveless numbers from two years ago? Lolz!

heres an idea..all nines jersey designs should be sold as rash vests...great marketing idea just in time for Christmas and summer. The roosters one wouldn't be a bad one to have as a rash vest.
So surfing? A-League had that material with Kappa producing it to Adelaide and CCM and they weren't too happy.

Sharks and eels look horrible. I like the Titans one.

Agree what others are saying that the dragons one looks good in the flesh. The knights one doesn't look so good in the flesh.

Best designs imo are Souths (because I'm biased), Warriors and Storm.

Some of the 9s teams have different (not the 9s ) shorts?
Not ready yet or?
Tigers for example

^^ Instead of them moving the sponsor up and making the V shallower, why couldn't they do the opposite? You'd still see the sponsor all the time. Nobody ever tucks their jersey into their shorts any more.

I imagine sponsors want their brand as close to the neck as possible...

If a player gets into the paper, the image usually focuses on the players face/head. So a sponsor across the players stomach would be in danger of being cropped out.

I dont like it, but understand the thinking...

Well looks like Penrith have officially stopped giving a f**k about nines jerseys. It sounds like they were just going to wear their home or away jersey but they weren't allowed to.

So Panthers change jerseys at every opportunity what they SHOULD be trying to establish a brand (theyre only 50 years old, i guess a brand is too much to ask).

Yet, when they are given an opportunity specifically to come up with a new and crazy jersey, they dont want to do it.

Absolutely f*cking typical.....

I did a mock up on another thread combining their traditional brown with the liquorice all sorts colours without any black and the colours look good together. Their main colour MUST be brown. Its so unique. They are sitting on a goldmine they refuse to tap into other than the odd heritage jersey.

It's funny that people still don't get that the Nines is a chance for clubs to experiment with jersey designs and have a bit of fun with them.
