I just saw Canterbury rugby team in NZ National championship have sponsors on side panels now.
I wonder if that is where NRL teams will put on sponsors next.

Then they'll have collar sponsors, a second sleeve sponsor then allow for a lower front jersey main sponsor...

And they won't bother to integrate any of the sponsors and then suppliers will charge you $200+ for the privilege of wearing a garish billboard that is hard to distinguish from your local pub teams' jersey and is only relevant for 6 months before it's another item consigned to the bin of NRL apparel history...

Yet people will still fork out for this "privilege"...and shamelessly wear it even when it's not game day...

Looks okay, just a shame the top of the chevron is cut off and that ruins it.

Looks like a new Canterbury template too as the collar looks different.

Agree. Chevrons need to go all the way to the top of shoulder. On the other hand, it looks heaps better without a bloody great advertising logo on the front.

Although it continues to annoy the hell out of me that it has three bloody kiwis front and centre. Can't we find a Australian company to make them?

Load of crap, Abdo was public about the NRL's desire to source a "long term" sponsor for the Kangaroos leading into last year's four nations through to the World Cup. They obviously haven't been able to find one.
