Given their seasons last year and the optimism this year, Penrith and GC look to be the disappointments at the moment. On the flip side, both the Knights and Dragons are doing incredibly well given the predicted doom this year.

How do you weigh up GC as a disappointment? They're streets ahead of last year. Plenty of growth needed from them but it's a good start.

8000 members is nothing to sing about, even if it is double last year at this time, just shows how incredibly sht they were at getting members last year. On the plus side they haven't gone backwards lol

Warriors disappoint me, whole country, massive Australian fanbase, they really should be doing better

Eels would be the stand out for me, great increases despite all their troubles and kudos to the raiders membership team who look to have finally got their act together.

Gold Coast are very much in the process of rebuilding their profile in the city, I think doubling the members from this time last year is a good sign they're getting somewhere. With a bit of success the crowds will come back IMO.

I'd like to see a few more clubs break the 20k this year, Melbourne cracking it would be a good achievement.

Gold coast are doing great things on and off the field. Give it a few years and they will be at 15k members
