I'm not sure what my favourite part was, Pearce once again showing he is not a rep halfback and completely failing to take charge in the second half, or QLD conceding zero penalties despite playing exactly the same footy they did in the first half where they conceded 4.

i don't think Maloney took charge of much either.

the whole team should gang on graham and give the merkin a beating in the showers. his ill discipline in defence gave QLD the sniff.

then he gives away penalties to give QLD field position. the rest of the team just froze as the game got away from them.

what about every ones favourite Wade graham? two crucial penalties and lucky he didn't give away another on slater. and his defence allowing Mcguire to break through.

NSW lost it by going away from the game plan. even with all their guns coming back on in the last 20', they were still second best in the forwards by playing timid

He was the lazy player not sliding across to cover the inside hole on the final try after giving away the penalty in the first place.
