So just find a couple more halves and hope they are the answer?

The halves are a massive problem but the fact that Sims is a starting prop worries me the most.

We've shed some dead weight in Thaiday who has been a great servant but has hit the wall and Ben Hunt who never really recovered after dropping the gf.

Kahu is wasted on the wing and has the skill set to play in the centres but Bennett seems oblivious to that. Roberts is absolutely useless unless the ball is placed in his hands and he's given space 1 on 1.

I'm confident we'll make the 8 but only making up the numbers.

A solid 7 mate. Someone who'll run the show. When whatever semi regular or stop gap half we play does a decent job, Miflords natural game tends to benefit off the back of that. The reverse is also true. Like I said, he's not and never has been an organising half and I doubt he was signed up to be one. Hunt as a long term partner would've featured heavily the plans. This is why my primary concern for next season is how far and how quickly Nikorima can come along, if he can at all.

I think we're paying massive overs for someone who can't lead a team around the park and has a woeful kicking game. Milfords best is freakish however we don't see it that often and when we do it seems to be against average sides.

I agree to an extent and with hindsight re: salary and would only counter that with the points I've already made. I would still have a bloke like him in the team though, without question. What I would give for a decent 7 though... It's an area that we've struggled to get right for any decent length of time for many a year. SOS Shane Perry...

And the Melbourne crowd rejoice, unsure of what they're cheering about but none the less enamoured by the loud noises and bright pretty colours
Might not know what they are cheering about, but at least they have something to cheer.

But what are you prepared to pay for Milf?

Yep, make fun of the Storm for being the only RL club in the country actually interested in bringing new supporters to the game.

No wonder expansion seems decades away, when the rugby league faithful mock any attempt to build new markets as “plastic” and “fake”.

Makes it all that much sweeter when we win.

Melbourne hasn't been a nice place for the Broncos in the finals. 40-0 in 2007, 40-12 in 2009 and 30-0 tonight.

You got to take what half the deadshits on this site say with a grain of salt.

Their hate and crying about anything Storm, AFL and Victorians makes them just constantly project crap from their mouths. I´m not even Victorian but let´s criticise Victorians because they actually follow and get behind sport. Let´s constantly criticise and cry about the biggest code in the country, let´s constantly criticise and cry about the best NRL team in the comp who are actually building the game for the better in this country. LOL.
