Storm are just too good, the best coached team in the comp. It doesn't matter who they play in the GF, it's over already.

It was over at the back end of the season.

Was hoping for a tighter scoreline, but the result is obviously of no surprise.

Our overall game has been disjointed, rudderless and seemingly made up on the fly since McCullough's injury and tonight was a perfect example of that. They worked hard on Melbourne in the first half and that kept them in the game, but as soon as the lead got out to 8 it was back to business as usual and worse. Disappointed with the way they let the game fall away like that and of course a side like Melbourne were going to make the most of it.

Glad to see the back of Blair and to a certain extent Moga. On the flip side, sad to see the young forwards leaving, they'll do well at their new clubs.

Quietly confident we'll manage to be thereabouts next year, but worried about the Milford/Niko combo being able to work well for an entire season. Combined they have a weak kicking game and Niko, like Hunt earlier on, will take a while to get his defence right. We are in great need a solid, organising half to build a game around.

Congrats Melbourne, too good and too used to winning (especially against us).
Bennett had been chopping and changing our halves for 3/4 of the season, which in itself probably says a lot.

Bad luck Broncos. The aura of the 90's/early 00's has well & truly worn off. You tried hard but 0 points with plenty of decent ball isn't a good look(like Penrith last week). You went further than plenty of other sides so there must be something in that. Melbourne, were Melbourne. A bit tight early and then bam, game over. Best of luck next week.

You obviously don't watch many Broncos games.
Actually that's true. I'm sorry.

Blair taking out halfbacks 3 seconds after they get rid of the ball, Brisbane forwards always being 3-4 metres offside on their line, precedents out of nowhere being set which benefit Brisbane..must be just my imagination.

I don't think you do because you make it so often. After a few lean seasons you will know.
They are all special even the ones we lose. I was a follower of a bottom team in afl and when they merged I converted to Storm. Then my afl side won 3 premierships in a row.

Although the Broncos went out with barely a whimper they still had a very good season. It's a shame for their supporters and news ltd that it was a poor last game.

The Storm played like they were tanking for next week and will be much better for the run. It's a shame they made it though because the plastic club with their manufactured fans don't really appreciate hows special grand final week is. They have never known how it feels to struggle and probably never will thanks to their "owners".

TBF, we all said that about the Broncos not all that long ago....and how many GF's have they made in the last 15 years?

FYI, every time you refer to 'corruptamatta', people laugh at you.

I don't really laugh, I just Well up knowing there is some fractured old bat at centrelink who has to deal with this clown every fortnight.

Everyone else on the planet can just give him the wide berth he deserves.

Poor Cheryl.
