TT has awesome talent but makes more mistakes than I have had baked dinners, not ready for origin at fullback.

In fairness, whilst the tackle was legal given the rules as they are now, I can hardly blame Turbo for that error....he was tackled in the air and came down really badly.

Where do you draw the line then? If someone has to jump to catch a pass, does a defender need to stand there and wait for him to land?

I'm perfectly happy with the rule as it stands. Just let's not pretend it's about player safety.

How do they draw the line in RU? I don't follow it as closely as I used to (and I was hardly avid anyway) but I was sure the rule in that case was that tackling a player in the air constitutes a dangerous tackle....

I'm not sure how you draw the line. But seriously, that tackle was no different to a player contesting a bomb and being taken in the air, except that the ball had bounced.

I still think they could penalise IF the player ends up in a dangerous position, regardless of if they are attacker, defender, catching a bouncing ball, or even a pass. Onus should always be on defenders to not put opponent's in a dangerous position.

But in terms of "automatic" penalties for tackled in the air, I'm OK if it is kick defenders only who get the benefit.

Way too many errors, dumb dumb penalties.

Too good Broncos. Played the percentages way too well in the 2nd half.

Sad. Still got a long way to go with this side. Someone who can kick a goal good would be nice.

Broncos showed a lot of character to come back.
