Charge down?Bunker making up rules to suit itself. If it touches the arm it's a knock on, regardless of whether he was playing at it or not.
Charge down?
Progress on this was made quicker than expectedBroncos 26 - 16
Is it a charge down though? Possible if it just hit his leg, but then to hit his arm and then hand to go forward. Where does the charge down end? It's a knock on.
That is because the defender swings the arm around deliberately trying to knock the ball down. That is playing at it. When they don't deliberately knock it down but swing the arms around, it is classed as a knock on as well because there were too many grey areas. That kick into Roberts was obvious he didn't play at it. You could nearly argue that it was a charge down if he did play at it!Unless you're tackling a player and the ball hits your arm![]()
Wasn't ruled as a charged down. Was just listing that as a situation where for whatever reason it is OK to knock the ball forward with your hands. Is it a charge down though? Would you have been happy for that to be ruled 6 again if the ball was picked up by a Knight's player?Charge down?
Learn the rules ffs before you and your idiot mates embarrass yourselves.Same way when a tackler doesn't play at the ball, it's classed as a knock on, bit simple for a Queenslander I suppose.

Inglis in Origin is the other case where it is OK
