I can't think for the life of me why Lichaa gets a run still, and Frawley is "added" at the last minute, then comes off the bench.

It is bleeding obvious that Frawley has added a lot more than Mbye at half back, and Mbye a lot more than Lichaa (not that this is a difficult task) at dummy half.
