I thought so too. North terrace was much fuller than normal and hill was chockers.

Strangely though there were a few more empty seats than usual in the west.

It’s Sutton’s 300th game, Souths going for 10 straight wins, West’s fighting for spot in the Eight and Robbie/Benji are back like it’s 2005.

We often talk about games that should draw good crowds. But this game surely has to get 30,000+

Given the rareness of the game time for BRoncos fans you'd have hoped they would have really marketed this as a family day and given kids cheap tickets and promotions, could have pushed it over the 40k maybe and given young families a rare chance to attend a game at a reasonable time?
