As has been mentioned already fox has had a countdown clock for the game. It's really the only game that has been talked about. The other games this week can legitimately use that excuse.

Tv numbers are pretty consistent .. and the axis arent great .. looks about right .

That's such biased ignorant crap! The NRL "only gets temporarily close to AFL because of origin" "NRL only ahead because it started two weeks earlier"
Ummm, no, it's cumulative audience is ahead of AFL even without origin! It makes no difference that the NRL starts two weeks earlier when the AFL have an extra game each week. The NRL also has one of its clubs based in another country. It's source only provides metro ratings! Our ABC, f**kwits!

yes, yes NRL gets more TV audience but only because...
1. There are more rounds
2. SOO which is not an inter-suburban game and therefore doesn’t count
3. The moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars
Take this away and AFL is the most popular sport in the known universe

Pass mark IMO. Could do a lot better but just think it's too hard to draw a crowd right now in Sydney especially at ANZ.

Took my girlfriend out to her second game of league and she commented just how bad the view was; how you'd need binoculars to see properly; and perhaps it'd be better to watch on TV.

You know it's a terrible experience when you go to a stadium and end up watching the game on the screen 80% of the time.

i get the feeling that people are going to avoid ANZ more and more for club games until it's reconfigured. No one in Sydney thinks its a positive experience going there.
