Just under 91500 at the MCG on a wet Thursday Night.
Enough of the excuses!
How many do you think will attend (including Penrith)????
Welcome to the last four pages of discussion lol.I dont know if it'll that many on Saturday. Apparently trackwork on the western line, surprise surprise.
Ill have to dig up the link, but in the NZherald earlier this week a survey of approx 500000 had a higher percentage of viewers preferring to watch the Warriors over the All blacks.More panther fans will attend this time slot, over 8pm Friday at ANZ. And seriously, this is the Warriors first finals match in Years. If you’re a Warriors fan living in Sydney, and would rather watch the All Blacks vs Argentina on tv over a finals match. Your probably not going to attend a finals Match regardless of the time slot.
NRL season crowd total largest in four years Biggest single season rise (2.3%) since 2009
Could be the beginning of boom times a head for the game
Does that include finals or just in general?Ill have to dig up the link, but in the NZherald earlier this week a survey of approx 500000 had a higher percentage of viewers preferring to watch the Warriors over the All blacks.
If only Parramatta had a decent year. Our crowds are usually pretty decent despite poor results on field.
5 day turn around for the SharksWhy didn't they put the chooks on Friday night and the storm on Saturday night?
Avoid both clashes.

Should've swapped Penrith and Storm games5 day turn around for the Sharks
I'm expecting a good turnout of SCG members for that reason for Saturday night;s game.Should've swapped Penrith and Storm games
Surely the AFL game on before the Roosters game is a benefit? won't they get a fair few walk ups? I'd imagine a lot of Swans fans are chooks fans?
I also think a large percentage of Storm fans are Demons fans, hopefully it's still a good 20,000+ crowd tonight though
Ignoring the fact this was addressed repeatedly this week, simple maths would tell you that Cronulla played Sunday and therefore won't be shafted with a 5-day turnaround as a top four side. Why didn't they put the chooks on Friday night and the storm on Saturday night?
Avoid both clashes.
The all blacks are only playing Argentina who aren’t the biggest draw comepared to Australia and South Africa. I honestly think most warriors fans in Sydney including myself are keen to go to this game. Pax was at 12.5 when I got tickets on Wednesday so I would think hopefully 20k at least.
