That 1999/2000 jersey with the snot yellow and the big Overflow logo plastered on the front may just be the greatest jersey of all time...I would actually buy one as a collectors' item if I found one in decent condition...

I don't know if that's an accurate comparison.
I think it's probably polarizing, I'll be getting one.
It's at least a bit more exciting and has more identity than the previous one.

It comes across as gimmicky, like a lot of the Titans designs, and won't date well imo. Although the nines aren't on next year, that would have been the time and place to use such a design.
