They need to choose an identity and stick with it, not just change the whole design every two years.

I don't mind the new ones they've brought out but the ones for the last two seasons were better.

Although a lot of clubs chop and change their jumpers 1-2 years, I agree with choosing an identity and sticking with it. Not sure if every club will take it on board but look at the clubs in recent times that have gone back to their old designs.

You have the traditional ones with Roosters, Souths and Dragons. Always the same

Sharks had it different for a while but have gone back to their 70s and 80s design.

Raiders have barely changed theirs since 2003 when they went back to the original lime green and should stick with it.

Manly went back to the 70s and 80s design and should stick with it.

Eels went back to 70s and early 80s design which I like but if they went the 86-94 design as their home, Id be happy. No word yet on what our jersey would look like.

Penrith, always have the 1991 design.

Bulldogs with the classic V's from the 80s, although this year's one they've kind of ruined it.

Newcastle Im glad went back with the 1997 design, their previous one didn't have enough red in it.

Broncos should always have current one or similar to 1992.

Im obviously in the minority here but i love the new Cows kits. It took me a really long time to warm to the jerseys we had for the past two years as i didn't think there was a big enough mix of colours between them. The home kit was too blue and the away kit was too grey, both with matching shorts and socks was too much of one colour. The design itself was a big change from everything we'd had previously too, and not done all that well in my opinion.

There was so much potential in the last 2 years kit.

the grey jersey def needed blue shorts, the stripes across the chest of both needed to be more conventional.

That ISC cut was also actually pretty uncomfortable to wear compared to the previous iteration. The sleeves felt too long as well.

But it was still better than this new one IMO.

Out of interest, what do you like about this new jersey mate?

Away/heritage jersey

Love it. This is the 1970s striped jersey, right? I prefer it to the usual butcher-striped 1930s heritage. Surprised it's taken so long to be used as a heritage design. It's brilliantly executed.

Let's say the Cowboys make the 2018 GF.

That would be 3 grand finals in 4 years in 3 different jerseys. Not a great way to forge an identity.

That big tiger watermark for WT is horrible. It makes the Cowboys use of horns subtle.

Still, not as bad as that big cockeyed panther jumping through a '0'.

The Tigers members jumper should be the home jumper.

Swap the black and white around for the away jumper.

Pity we'll only see it once or twice probably.
I also love the fact that there is no sponsorship between the club and comp logos.

Wow! ISC have absolutely nailed the design. Unique and instantly identifiable as a Cowboys strip.

#xmasgiftwishlist

Nailed the ‘design’?

There is no ‘design’.

They put a huge Cowboys logo on a white jersey, quick someone give ISC a nobel peace prize......... FMD.

If that was a Brisbane or Bulldogs jersey, I would be in hesterics over it...........but because it’s my team, I’m f**king ropeable about it.

I think unique is a stretch given the Tigers' away strip since last year.

But it's definitely easily identifiable - and just because you don't like it @beave, doesn't mean others can't.

It's a simple design, no clutter, good sponsor integration. Yeah it has a 9s vibe to it but i like it.

I am really disappointed that the Tigers away jersey is losing the fake plaster on the Tigers nose
For amateur hour crap design, that one belonged in 4th grade Rugby comps.

I think SOME of the new Cowboys jerseys are good....really i think the only one thats a bit meh is the dark version.

I actually think the dark one is the better looking of the three I've seen
I don't hate them - I just think they are a little too busy on the front. The idea is fine imo
