Very poor effort. In the second half of last season many Cabra players played in both grades. One week they had only 23 players but there were no forfeits. Presumably the next 3 weeks will be the same.

Probably sick of being flogged, but yep a weak effort, they have a RMC and SS squads and also a C grade team to draw from.

Looks like it was a beauty. Cabra up 22-zip after as many minutes and Glebe Burwood storm back into it.

Actually, it was the other way around. Glebe-Burwood led 22-0 after 25 minutes only for Cabra to score 28 unanswered points. Dirty Reds levelled the scores with 6 minutes left when Malakai Houma barged over. Both sides missed field goal attempts late in the game. Brutal game - Ray Lesoa popped his shoulder and is out for the season and Don Thompson was stretchered off. Not sure what happened but believe he left in an ambulance. Hopefully he’s OK.

He went alright. Came on just before half-time and from memory stayed on for the rest of the game. Seemed to handle it OK.

No glaring errors that I saw, although Cabra forwards struggled to contain Malakai Houma in the last 15 minutes. Let Glebe-Burwood back into it.
