Firstly its Vaughan, not ‘Vaughn’.
Secondly, Vaughan is a beast. Big motor, decent footwork & can offload along with a high defensive work rate.
Finally, try watching games that involve teams other than Brisbane. You’d be surprised with what you can learn.

only issue I have with Vaughan off the bench is DeBelin (based on the numbered squad) won't be on the field much with him. Keep the middle club combo going and have them starting, or both of them on interchange together. Likewise, Klemmer & JTrob worked well together off interchange last series. Pair them up as starters or interchange.

Could be a moot point as I read somewhere that DeBelin as #13 doesn't guarantee him starting ahead of JTrob come game night.

We have that covered with Captain Cordner though. He has lost far more games than Wade Graham.

Wade has caused losses. Series losses. Cordner has just been a part of them.

2nd year Baloney (good thing this is his first year at Penrith) has lost a few games too. As has Klemmer, J Trob, Frizell & Teddy. We bin them too?

Wade... 2 wins and 2 losses
Captain Cordner... 2 wins and 7 losses

Wade Graham also carved up in the world cup. He might be a liability. But he has more upside than Cordner does.

Although on form neither should have been picked. Cordner might look much better running off a decent half though.

more down side too. he lost Game 2 on his own with his ill-discipline. stay tight and make few errors which was the game plan until Wadey lost his shit, and NSW win the series.

I'm not saying Cordner should be absolved. He as captain, and Pearce as the senior half to Baloney (re appearances) should've demanded the ball off Peats and attacked Thurston who was on their side of the field. It says something that a captain and 17-match veteran half had their authority consistently over ruled by Baloney and the numpties Graham and Hayne on the other side of the field.

Still, they should never have been in the position of giving up 12 pts to zero in 45 mins of football, and all of that was down to the territory Wadey gifted QLD. He should never represent again

I’d probably go Inglis to FB. Morgan to centre (played there in game 3 last year) and Milford or Ponga on bench.

Milford is deadset catting it and Ponga still might be to young and raw to be thrown into the Origin cauldron.
