I doubt it. Just weight of money on NSW because Smith/Cronk/Slater/Thurston are all gone.

But punters are overestimating that factor IMO. NSW have 11 debutants, some of them very young. It could all go horribly wrong easily enough.

Yes of course. Freddy gets it a lot easier obviously in terms of who the opposition is.

But even so I think Freddy is better suited to it. He will keep it simple and confident and will probably have some very good help.

When reading through the program yesterday there was an article about Fittler and how he is approaching his coaching of the NSW side. The people close to him believe that he will thrive with all these young blokes in the team as he works best with young players. Whilst he looks like a goof on tv what Fittler brings coaching wise is an enormous amount of self confidence and the belief to back yourself whoever you are. He also brought a great team environment and culture which was massive in Lebanon's world cup success last year.
