QLD need more at Hooker then a Nathan Peats clone. 50 tackles is great but more is needed in attack

Dragon fans aren't going to like this but QLD needs Hunt to be injured before game 2 to have any chance. This probably means DCE in his place but surely he has more to offer than a midfield bomb to Trbojevic over and over and over... Also thought Walters made a blunder in moving Hunt to hooker when Milford came on. The QLD attacked just stalled when Mc Cullough left the field and a few QLD forwards got cleaned up with some floating hospital passes from Hunt at dummy half.

I assumed the only reason you were deathriding NSW’s best forward tonight was because you were one of the lunatics on the Yeo for Origin bandwagon.

My mistake. You’re just a lunatic.
The only lunatics here are those thinking taking 21 shit hitups is somehow a good thing for the team.

There was no less effective forward than him. He was just a ball wasting tackles. His rntire ganelooked like a copy/paste from the Paul Gallen playbook.

Have another look at it. Maloney is running forward so not sure who is dumb now
Running flat out and passing sideways will allow the ball to float forward which is all good. The pass from Maloney was passed forward from his body to Addo Carr but at the end of the day the refs missed it and it was called a try.

Chuffed as with the result. The performance left a little to be desired, but with 11 debutants, if you don't shit the bed and jag the win, you take that and move on.

Can't believe anyone thought Teddy shouldn't be picked. Amazing individual performance that won us the game. Cook also proved himself. Ditto Tom Turbo. Cleary was quiet by his standards, but didn't embarrass himself and stood up under a constant barrage of Queenslanders singling him out. Our centres and Maloney stood up in defence, which was the big worry going in.

Maloney had a few shocking plays, but stood up when it mattered.

Maybe if you repeat it enough times it will become true. FMD. Of all the things to take out of that game some how Cordner was the worst thing. Did he take a few hit ups on an ex or something? Stole your pocket money? Didn’t sign an autograph?

Who would want Fraudners autograph? That would devalue whatever he signed.

Don't worry about him mate, just enjoy the meltdown.

Today is a good day.
