In the backs, yes very much so.I think origin is looking really promising over the next few years. The states look pretty evenly matched at full strength.
But NSW have a strong edge in the forwards.

Remember when Rhys McLeod eased his mount Mystic Outlaw down passing the winning post on the first occasion before the harsh realisation kicked in that there was still about 1600m to run in a 3000m race at Moonee Valley, that's what Tariq Sims did to Ben Hunt with 25 mins remaining
Is that better or worse than drugs? Wake up ya knob
It looks good in Billy's hand especially when reflecting his MOM and MOS awards. Born winner.I know.
It really is f**king terrible beer.
I'd actually really like to see that.Prediction - C Smith will make a comeback next year, Broncos number 9 is shit and no one else putting there hand up
Cleary went a whole series without negative match losing plays.
That is better than any Pearce series ever. Although that's about the lowest bar we could set. Being better than the worst halfback ever.
You're kidding yourself...mate,on yer own? What? with a prefect badge and a torch? "please guys, don't be so rowdy!...it's upsetting my bowel movement"If I was there mate I wouldn't have let the Penrith contingency be so rowdy
DCE showed Hunt how a halfback is supposed to kick.DCE will be our halfback going forward and rightfully so, he was huge tonight, no way we have as much ball as we did in the first half if Hunt was our halfback
Im sure they enjoyed that...the pair of them a three quarters brain dead.Joey and Freddy at least were the life of the party. Can't really say the same thing for a Queenslander who walks in and starts leaking a puddle on the dance floor. Kind of kills the mood.
Ha. Even billy wouldn't drink that dog piss by choice. It looks good in Billy's hand especially when reflecting his MOM and MOS awards. Born winner.
Cook was dangerous all series, especially considering his position. Great defensively. Made breaks and try assists throughout the series. I believe the only forward to play every minute of the series too?I wouldn’t have given it to Slater but I sort of understand it to a degree.
Apart from Cordner who was outstanding the whole series? Tedesco was great game 1, then meh after. Cook was pretty good although quieter games 2 and 3.
I would have given it to Cordner personally
The three of them were all damn good games. But I'm not sure that makes up for what they do to the NRL premiership for two months.1. Close to the best origin game to watch I have seen.

You NSW merkins really can't understand that NSW can't win every 50/50 call and every penalty count. FFS you were gifted a try off a Maloney forward pass in game 1 and a penalty try in game 2.
Give him the Brad Fittler medal.Cook was dangerous all series, especially considering his position. Great defensively. Made breaks and try assists throughout the series. I believe the only forward to play every minute of the series too?
Which one?Great game, intercept try was the difference.
Helluva contest
Too bad its not then aye?Cook was dangerous all series, especially considering his position. Great defensively. Made breaks and try assists throughout the series. I believe the only forward to play every minute of the series too?
If his name was Cam Smith he’d have been MOTS
No player of the series that I could find on the TAB. But the MoM paid a very conspicuous $4.Slater would have been 500/1 to win that award when he wasnt even playing game 1. I'm sure someone cleaned up.
