I like Cronulla. They've been in great form recently and there's just something intangible about the Rorters that tells me they'll lose this. Hardest game to tip in week 1.

Think both top 4 games are big chances of being upsets, this one in particular. Sharks love these games, they'll turn it into a scrap and If they do Easts won't handle the trenches like the Sharks can. Gummies by 8.

This'll be some game, but I expect the Sharks to establish superiority in the forwards and grind
the Chickens into the Allianz dirt.

Calling Mr Cronk, time to step up Mr Cronk. This is the exact scenario you were brought in for. We have never had a trouble getting to this point, what we have had trouble with is going another gear in the finals and getting to the Grand Final so we shall see what type of return for investment we get.

It is no secret what the sharks will try and do, they will try and get us in the doldrums and grind away a result. If we do get out to a 10 point plus lead I don't think they run us down but equally it will be hard for us to run them down if they do the same.

The Sharks will want to tighten up defensively though on their last few performances which I expect they will. I don't think the winner will score more than 18 points.

I do think the loser is a far better chance of reaching the GF than the loser of the other QF.

I tipped the Roosters with no confidence but this will be a great game. If the Sharks can get into their groove they will be very hard to beat.
