Also to Sharks members and fans it was our pleasure to give you the gift that is Aaron Gray! You guys are most welcome....... he was so bad!!! I heard on Ch9 a Sharks fan about to full through the fence yelling out he's a f**king waste of space!!!

When we play the Sharks we may actually get a win!!

I hope so. But we got more erratic as last year progressed, culminating in implosions to lose games and miss the 4, and an implosion at the end of an elimination final.

Playing "ok" and defending "ok" for parts of the first 50 or so minutes, then playing as bad as is humanly possible is becoming a habit for us.

Doesn't matter what "names" we have if they can't take kick offs, catch tries, hold the ball on the first tackle, keep the ball in on a kick off, play 5 minutes without giving away a penalty etc. Horrible play (not just poor, or being outplayed, but mind numbingly terrible stuff) is all too common, and might be the end of us (and possibly Flanagan if it stays this bad, I rate him but we can't be so bad without knives coming out) for this year.

It's still early days, hopefully for your team tonight will be in their heads about possession and giving away dumb penalties. If Flanagan can get the sillyness out of their game you have a fine football team.

I agree. But Flanagan hasn't gotten that silliness out for a dozen or so games. No team can win playing the way we did in that 2nd half. We could buy Thurston and Smith, but drop the ball like that and give away those penalties, and we would get beaten.

Your mob just needs to hold steady for the whole year and you'll be there or there abouts. I don't believe that nonsense above that you are a bottom 8 side, unless you get McGregored.

Strange, chaotic, derp-riddled second half but ultimately a game we would have lost last year, or the couple of years prior. Sharks with huge improvement in them but they are bloody tough to knock over at home. To come back from 14-0 down and still be well below our best says this club may finally be moving in the right direction. Pretty sweet to wipe the smug grin off Dugan's scone too.
