I haven’t been to Melbourne Storm but I like to go for a weekend with my wife I won’t probably drive maybe fly down and enjoy the cafeterias and the nice restaurant..

It was only a couple of years ago that 11-12k was the norm, crowds are definitely up in the past few seasons. Every club has its fair weather supporters, I don’t think Melbourne is any exception. Memberships are a good indicator of commitment though, 25k is nothing to complain about.

The mangy mutts,corruptamatta cheated the cap but they struggle now and their crowds have dropped off..I would still be a member of Storm no matter where they are on the ladder. in 2002 we didn`t make the 8 but I was still a member I stick with my team through thick and thin. As you do

Do you think you should've been able to retain the likes of Smith, Slater and Cronk who no doubt benefited largely from the systematic rorting that went on?

I was secretly suggesting had Melbourne not cheated, they wouldn't be anywhere near as successful

There's a message there, if you're game enough to cheat and can afford the short-term disgrace, it's very rewarding over the long-term
