Unless you're a dumb Eels fan who still wants a quick fix after that exact attitude lead Sharpe et al to cheat the cap and still run last, it shouldn't be, surely?

Tbh I dislike the top 30 and no second tier cap. If someone stands up, they should be allowed to play NRL
