Season starts in two weeks, and I presume there's no warm-up next week ahead of Perth. So I'd have to figure that's the backline they're putting out v the Titans. Is Vete injured or just not required? Sipley, alreay on the way out to join his brother? I presume Roache is out, so the utility I wouldn't have a clue on

You forgot to say 'again' at the start of the sentence That's a true Kearney-ism.

I made a NYs resolution to not bag excessive shit on my team this year, so I'm prepared to grant Kata and Maumalo the benefit of the doubt for a while that they might learn how to defend (and Kata to pass, and Ken to catch). Kata has exhibited that he's NRL standard in the past, so fingers crossed.

Gelling, Papalii and Afoa (presumably Sao as well) are on the plane to Perth, who's going to play behind the ruck at 13? Afoa did it v the Dragons last year and fairly sure more people passed through him than the Waikato Stadium gates that night.
