You’d have to choose Toronto at this point as this could potentially be a game changer for RL and open up a whole new market in North America.

Plus how long can the guy funding the Wolfpack afford another season outside of super league?

The first round of League 1 play offs see Doncaster win 20-6 at Newcastle and Workington win 32-24 at Hunslet. Next week’s fixtures are Oldham v Doncaster (winners to GF) and Newcastle v Workington.

Aye Doncaster next week for us...we dicked them 40-14 a few week ago and they nilled us 31-0 back in June..

Why would they? They now have to play Workington and if they win that then either Oldham or Donny. They could still end up at Oldham.

It seems Thunder fans are bored in this League and questions for the good of the game maybe the pro game should be just 2 leagues.

So the fans are bored and the team decides to throw a match! Seems like an odd way to go about getting out of league 1. A two league system might not be able to cater for all of the current teams. Are the Thunder now so good that they are happy to see clubs thrown out of the league? It wasn’t so long ago that they were one of the worst teams in the RFL system. Rugby League’s motto should be “I’m alright Jack”.
