The plan would kinda rely on the tigers, unless Cleary is happy to sit out of coaching for 2 years. He’s too senior to sit with Bennett as an assistant.

I totally agree.

Even if we don't get Wayne. Cameron, Brandy, Wal and Gus are all very capable. If we continue to have sucess it won't be a problem. Gus sells the vision well.
