Of the coaches that might be possible signings, I’d prefer Bennett the most. He might be past it, but I think he would be able to fix a lot of the problems with the team.

I also think we need someone with his profile who will be able to keep Gus out of things and be resistant to white anting by Gus.

Bennett will command enough of an aura and respect that he’d be able to stand up to Gus and hopefully keep him sidelined.

Gus probably also knows that which is why we won’t sign him. It would present too much of a threat to Gus.

No way the club can go with Ciraldo with Gould pulling the strings from behind. Its not working.

We need a decent coach for 2019, not a fill in till Ivan comes. Who ever is the best coach out there we should sign on a 3 year deal ( 2 if its Bennett). The club is kidding themselves if they think they can waste the next 2 years while waiting for Ivan.
I would rather Maguire or Bennett.

After seeing the way the broncos have played the top sides of late I'd be chasing Bennett. Imagine if they win the comp this year and have already told Bennett he doesn't have a job next year, their fans will be filthy, i know i would be.
