Didn’t look 80% full for the Storm game? looked a lot more than 12k for the dogs game. I think we should all just accept they are making sht up as they go along and this years crowd figures will need a big * against them!

Storm crowd looked 40000 until parramatta left early and turned the game into a farce. I enjoyed it immensely and I’m enjoying the crap being thrown at me by angry parra fans. Storm were outstanding tonight. And we beat them last week. All good.

I was there today and the games were well attended for out of town teams. 41,000 people showed up in a 52,000 seat stadium and provided plenty of atmosphere and the NRL did a really good job of making it an event.

Not for me it didn’t, I’d be surprised if there was much more than 30-32k, top tiers were sparse and lower bowl looked about 70% full. I’d suggest the 41k announced was actually the tickets sold for the day.

Nice bounce back, bellyache needs to threaten them with the sack the week before we play the sharks!

Footy was highly entertaining regardless of crowd guesses. Top day

37,521 is the crowd put for Warriors v Dragons....

Still can't believe the 12K for the Dogs v Knights... at times I felt it looked a lot larger than Thursday's crowd... must have been named very early on.
Pretty sure it was 21k, not 12k.

Perth Red trying to claim today as a failure is a total joke

f**k off, it’s been a great event so far.
It’s a crowd thread talking about crowds you derp. The crowds have been better than The sht normally dished up by some of these clubs. The discussion is what the crowds in reality have been.

NRL.com had recorded Dogs v Knights as 12,646, but ARLC chair Peter Beattie claimed 25,292
