Well played. You have a magnificent sense of humour.Agreed. People tend to have a lot of respect for me and they way I contribute. I post my ideas, then defend them against all comers then win the debate handily all the time. But I don’t rub it in the losers face much.
99k people attended games yesterday in Melbourne, numbers Sydney dreams of21k
Shit effort from the victorians

21k was par for the storm game, not happy but not unhappy
Pfft
1 team in the entire state
Atrocious crowd figure.
108000 fta viewers in Melbourne last night. Add kayo and Foxtel viewers plus that crowd and it’s clear the game is making inroads in bleak city. The gws viewing numbers were similar in Sydney. Maybe we aren’t doing that badly after all. Given the tens of millions the afl has pumped into the Sydney market it’s return in terms of eyes watching the game in a developing market is no better than ours.Poor troll effort, try harder. If not trolling, just clueless? You choose

Thats all they got with 2 sets of fans in the same city, and in RL heartland, not that much betterRabbits and bunnies got 12k more.
I’m trying to work out why we are unhappy with 21000 in a developing market and only one local team but happy with two Sydney traditional Sydney rivals getting just over 30000 in our biggest market.Thats all they got with 2 sets of fans in the same city, and in RL heartland, not that much better
The Storm crowd was lower than it should of been, guessing the crappy weather and lack of parking threw some people off, nowhere near as many walk up from the other game as I thought there would of been either.
Probably. Sydney had a 90 year start on them from memory. All jokes aside league had nil presence or profile in Melbourne before the storm. Afl has always had a bigger presence in Sydney. Leagues had a big battle in Melbourne. It’s a long road but playing numbers are growing and so are crowds and tv viewers.Just how long do they get to develop?
Another 20 years?

Funny how when people from Sydney mention traffic and weather we get hammered and told to relocate.
