Don't think they were too far away last year and our side looks a bit uninspiring in some areas.

Add the Suncorp factor and I think they will go 1-0 up. I think NSW will win series though

Looks like two of the weaker sides that have been put out for a Game 1 clash in a while.. I suppose it was always going to happen with the QLD greats all retiring and then the amount of injuries this year.

Backlines pretty much cancel each other out...

I'm quite surprised NSW are favorites for game 1 and such heavy faves for the series, I think its a lot closer than what the bookies have it.

I dunno about the packs when you look add in those on the interchange benches. Qld have two specialist front rowers on their bench whilst NSW only have one. I can see the NSW front rowers getting gassed as they will have to play more minutes or stupidly we'll have second rowers pushed into the front row. When NSW do that, it often leads to disaster as Qld will just roll up the centre of the field with the big boppers.
