It was to the side of the mark, and the fact that those are called back 10 times a round and told to tap on the mark.

Given it is a penalty I wouldn't have a problem with more liberal application if it was applied to all matches.

He wasn’t on the mark, he was a metre or two to the right of the play the ball, which is where the infringement was rules.
Pretty rough call for mine.
