The end to last nights game was a shame.
The cowboys only managed 3 plays in 60 seconds as Storm purposely gave away a penalty and laid on them for the next two plays knowing it would wind clock down.
This rule must be changed. Situations like this the attacking team should get to finish their set regardless of time clock. And if a penalty is blown then set restarts.
I reckon no matter field position the last set gets to end game and not time clock.
