I'm not usually one for gossip. But DT is reporting that Pearce's wedding has been cancelled last minute because he had some flirty messages to a knights staff member.....

The dude is a mental midget at the best of times...... Imagine the effect this will have on his off season prep

Obviously his mental health is more important than footy, and I hope he is actually ok.......

This sort of stuff just isn’t tolerated in business these days. CEO’s are transitioned out for relationships with staff - whether it’s consensual or not.

He is a leader of the club, needs to be the example that the other players follow, and this is just another sign that his judgement is pretty poor.

He’s just not worth standing by any more - if another staff member of the Knights is involved.

Hope it's not true, this is the exact kind of thing that can ruin the whole team's off season and set the club back a couple of years.

Terrible thing for your halfback and captain to be caught doing and then expect to "lead" the team to glory.

Not saying every player is a saint and doesn't have hiccups but cant afford these kind of hiccups by someone who does have previous misdemeanours.

Hope it's sorted and dealt with quickly, not something you want lingering around or swept under the rug. If he can be honest and work through it then that may be good enough.
