Much easier than the big cities for sure!
for the opening Game of 2020.
Could have done better.
Yeah with Corona virus hanging over our heads its an excellent crowd.
Will not be a larger Thursday crowd outside a Broncos home game.
I thought it an excellent crowd all things considered.
Great crowd. Crowds this year will be totally savaged by coronavirus.
Regardless of the number, you gotta admit it looked and sounded great...
For anyone who says crowds don't matter or suburban grounds are anywhere as good as a great little stadium, I hope we have finally put that bullshit to bed
Crowds matter and new things are always nicer, especially if someone else pays for them.
Despite the terribleness in the world, the stadium is packed out.
Shame. Looked like about 35k sold to broncos v rabbits.
Loving the Cowboys stadium. The game is starting to look professional. Bankwest, Cowboys, AAMI, Central Coast (when it's used), Suncorp, Newcastle, the new SFS (when built) Rest is park footy...
Yeah I don't see how you can make an argument for suburban grounds when you see teams play out of these new stadiums. It's night and day - this is what every team and the NRL should be aiming for.
The one down in Wollongong is pretty solid too.
So this thread will be going into quarantine on Monday then..
I’m going to miss the excuses about Sydney’s geography and beer prices.
at least rain wont effect crowds!
Gold Coast have a ripper too!
Anyonw know the number for the NQLD match?
