I know Waqa Blake got away with one when he was with us, and there are numerous others. Billy was unlucky enough to get charged.

Su'A's tackle was not legitimate because it was late. There was plenty of force behind it and as it was on a guy who had relaxed after passing the ball, he couldn't brace himself for impact. It's incomparable to tackling a player with the ball for that reason. Friend's was late, it was clumsy and stupid but was not much more than a love tap.
