Some clarity around the Hetherington charge, although he still has at least 2 non-similar priors, so unsure what has happened:

He had a careless high tackle grade 2 in round 1 (similar), and the one a few weeks ago that was non-similar. That's all that I know of. He was out injured almost all last season and no offences that I know of. So it seems he got a 70% loading based on one similar and one non-similar.

The change in his running style is quite telling:
If he doesn't know he is there (which would be odd since he knocked him down) his stride shouldn't change.
If he is trying to jump over him he would extend his right leg to ensure he misses him.

Instead, it literally looks like he is trying to use him as a spring board.

Dirty play that went unpunished on and off the field. It's a joke.

Technically this occurred after the tackle was complete. Moses was slowing the play the ball down - which of course went on not being called on the field.

to add to that, you can see Luai look down at Nikorima on the ground then look straight ahead while stomping on him to give the appearance it's accidental. 1000x worse than Proctors love bite and has received no attention at all.
