Just watched the game. It felt so fast compared to what I'm used to. Absolutely love the 1 ref and almost forgot he was there. The 6 again rule kept the game going and avoiding stoppages. I hope this continues and it will be interesting to see how the rest of the games go this round. It actually felt like '05 again instead of the modern wrestlefest. The Parra hooker Mani was awesome and Brown showed his value yet again. Moses didn't need to do much. Once Alex Glenn went off injured the Broncos forward depth got severely tested. They were brave at times in defence but too many errors cost them dearly. Croft made a great break for his try but other than that was subdued. If the Broncos didn't blow their early chances it could have a more of a contest. After the Eels 2nd try it felt to me like they were in complete control of the game and it was always going to be by how much. They managed field position perfectly.
I'm still blown away by how Sivo got that try with so little room to work with. As Kevvie said It's just unfair.
As for those long forward passes that got pulled up I thought they were the correct call. Both were forward (or flat at best) out of the hands for mine.
