In regards to that obstruction call, a defender cannot stop in the line, it's one of the easiest ways they can make obstruction black and white, and the one in the bunker who makes the call on obstructions is the review official (not senior) the review official is a former player which is what people called for years ago to put former players in there because they "understand the game better" than referees.
