Richo is claiming no knowledge, no texts, I think he’s truthful because this can be easily found out. So he’s not going to go out on a limb and make such sweeping statements.

There’s no context either to the allegations, no inkling of anything bad his ex wife may have done. The behaviour remains alleged. No fact now. If he’s getting sleazy with a girl on line, that’s his business. Sounds like she was into it too. Did she want Souths to pay her $?

Its all a smear campaign to stop talk of a 60 to 8 thrashing.
Last time it happened there were ties to the chooks,i wouldnt be surprised if there is again.

I think he had to protect the club in all this and dismiss any claims that the senior ranks had knowledge or were a part of anything corrupt- the drug allegations.

In this case, the clubs interests co-incide with his, and the clubs interests are always more important than a single player.

He’s leaving the Sam allegations to be worked through and if Sam has done something wrong then at least the club is Ok. Thats the sensible option.

If Shane backs him ( without knowing ) and stuff turns out to be true, Shane and the club lose a lot of credibility.

I can’t buy into any conspiracy theories myself.

It’s bad timing, but players are tight, Bennett is a master at using adversity to improve performance. He licks his lips at these things. He would also love the fact qld are supposed to be smashed Into oblivion. He’s up for the worst the game can throw at him, having his own battles with the media which he usually wins.

Great news about Latrell, that'll be a fantastic move from the club!

In regards to Roberts, it's a bit of a tough one. At his best, he's a 'must keep.' However, the reality is that we are yet to see his best in a Souths jersey since he re-joined us. We have that much talent in the backs currently with more great talent coming through that I wouldn't be super disappointed if we let him go.

No doubt Jimmy the Jet will be playing for a contract next year. I really hope he can play some great Footy in 2021 that forces us to re-sign him.

This happened a couple of years ago and was written about then,do they have nothing else to write about? Except bringing up old news, this is defamitory, so what he had an affair, im not saying its ok but many many do, and tell lies and do crazy things, so is anything jail worthy? This is a concerted effort by his ex and her family to destroy the life of sam,its a vindictive,mean and a disgrace that old news is dregged up continuously, and the bag papers go along with it.
